- About the project
- Social Society proudly supports Forward Facing, a charity for children and young adults with disabilities, life-limiting illnesses, or a bereavement experience living in the South East.
Since 2008, they've supported over 60 families to take a break from stresses and issues that come with looking after a poorly child, with activities for siblings and parents too.
Together, we want to help them reach more families through offering the time and skills that they need to thrive.

- More info about Forward Facing
- Forward Facing support children and young people with long-term illnesses or life-threatening conditions by helping forget their daily struggles, experience positive emotions, and make lasting memories for them and their families.
Efforts also focus on creating magic moments to cheer up those who have sadly lost a child to illness.
Parents find support, children enjoy themselves, and everyone has a chance for a positive transformation.
To date, Forward Facing is proud to have supported over 60 children and their families. And with your help, we will reach out to many more over the next years.
