Trial of low cost consultancy comes to Hampshire

Brighton based founder of The Social Society, charity consultant and business coach Toni Finnimore will be bringing a set of low cost consultancy programmes for charities to Hampshire this month. The programme is being trialled for those that are unable to afford high cost consultancy and will last for a period of three months.

The programme will include one day per month of face to face consultancy and unlimited remote support. Toni will be working with up to 12 local charities from the 22nd of July focusing on three key areas of need throughout the programme period.
These key areas could include.

• Marketing and social media
• PR and communications
• Management consultancy
• The financial health of your organisation
• Leadership and development
• Operations and strategy
• Business coaching and mentoring
• 1:1 management support
• Strategic planning
• Transforming underperforming services
• Business development
• Bespoke training
