Our founder Toni offers consultancy for local organisations, reviewing and redeveloping community services.
Founder Toni Finnimore is a charity consultant, coach and event organiser living in Brighton. She is passionate about giving the vulnerable a voice and connecting communities, whether that be supporting children with learning disabilities, empowering the elderly in her local Brighton community or simply shouting about a local cause, you'll see her making waves at the front of the queue.
She has worked hard over the last few years to build the first social group in Uk that contributes to charities locally through skill share and events. Today, she’s building her online community to connect people in Brighton to share ideas, campaign and give back to their communities through the power of social events for social good!
Toni will work with you to understand and identify key areas of potential development within your organisation. She will help you to improve capability, increase capacity and understand the challenges involved with developing community services.

As a qualified life coach, NLP practitioner and business mentor Toni works specifically with charity staff offering bespoke 1:1 coaching and mentoring. The sessions focus on increasing confidence, feeling empowered in the workplace and gaining self esteem in the charity sector.
